Operation Dark Sky 2025 Oh My

from $87.50

Paper choice of Baryta Satin 100 year archival fine art or Fuji Pearl photo paper.

Backing choice is choosing loose or GatorFoam. Loose is print only and GatorFoam the print is applied to firm backing allowing quick framing with or without glass front.

‍ ‍Baryta Satin fine art paper 100 year archival.

Baryta Satin is awesome and what I personally find the most pleasing media, I also frame them with no glass which the backing option allows easily.

Baryta Satin has an incredible dynamic range deep black to bright whites along with excellent archival qualities. Truly a print that lasts to be handed down.

‍ ‍ Fuji Pearl Photo paper.
This glossy surface offers sharp detail, high intensity colors, and a distinctive pearl-like appearance.

If you would like a different size or media reach out and I can get you a quote.

Finished product will not have water mark on image for a clean beautiful wall display.

This photograph was inspired by a sense of connection between past and present. It begins with Robert Falcon Scott’s 1902 Discovery Hut, a monument to early exploration, and pans toward modern-day McMurdo Station—bridging over a century of human presence on the Ice. Arcing above it all is the heart of the Milky Way, with a surprise appearance of  aurora activity, bringing a touch of the sublime to an already humbling scene. Taken during Operation Dark Sky (As many outdoor lights turned off as possible) June 1st 2025 is composed of 216 exposures with a near 300-degree field of view.
